AAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaachoooo!!!!
Thanks to Mommy, Eve has her first cold. She’s sneezing and coughing away.
As you can see, she’s taking this downtime to reflect on the last couple months of her existence. 
Mommy went back to work 3 days this week and Eve is hanging with a lovely family during those three days. It’s been quite the change, but both Mommy and Eve are adjusting relatively well.
First email from Eve
It’s amazing! My daughter actually emailed me for the first time today, and she’s not even two weeks old yet! Check it out:
Dear Daddy,
Look! I’m helping Mommy with laundry. I know it looks like I’m slacking, but I’m an excellent supervisor. Thanks for hanging out with me last night. Is it me or does Mommy get kind of cranky when she doesn’t get enough sleep? I can’t wait to see you when you get home!

A few more firsts
Three firsts today:
- First visit to the doctor’s. Bilirubin is down to 6!
- First geek lunch at the Star Tribune while getting added to Daddy’s insurance. She seemed to be quite the popular one!
- First leaky diaper! Mom went to bed, leaving Dad to change the diaper, feed and snuggle with little Miss Eve Christine. Mommy and Daddy were starting to get a little concerned, though, since she had not poo’d in probably 24 hours. Apparently, she was saving it up for just the right moment. Alllll over her back, and even some on the couch. It was a bittersweet moment.
We’re all home!!!
Here’s Eve doing her “un-tanning” with her fashionable shades!!
Well Miss Eve and I both are home now!! She’s still on the light therapy at home, but she got to lose her oh so fashionable shades and and the IV is gone. No more little club to make her demands with. Ahhhhh! So good to be home.
Here she is just about to head off to home!!
